Position: General Manager Live Bird Sales & Marketing (Pan India)

Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu (Candidates from North India can also apply, provided they are willing to relocate to Coimbatore)

Reporting to: Managing Director

Team Handling: RSMs / Sales Managers / Sales Officers

Experience Required: Minimum 15 years of experience in National Sales, Marketing or Brand Management, including 8 - 10 years in the Poultry / Agro / FMCG / Commodity-based industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Pan-India sales and marketing operations for the live bird business.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue, market share and business growth.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with wholesalers, traders and key channel partners.
- Lead and guide the regional and sales teams to achieve business targets.
- Identify new markets, business opportunities and channel expansion avenues.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing and sales performance.

Travel Requirement: Approximately 15 - 20 days of travel per month across India. Ideal Candidate: A seasoned sales and marketing qualified with strong Pan-India exposure, experience in poultry/agro/FMCG/commodity businesses, and proven expertise in handling wholesalers, traders and large distribution networks.
