Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Forex Business Head to lead and scale our forex business across India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for business strategy, revenue growth, regulatory compliance, partnerships, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the overall forex business strategy for PAN India operations and generate revenue.
- Drive revenue growth and profitability across all forex products (currency exchange, remittances, forex cards, etc.)
- Build and manage strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, and corporate clients, tour operators.
- Ensure compliance with RBI and other regulatory guidelines related to forex operations
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and expansion channels
- Lead, mentor, and manage regional forex teams to achieve business targets
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities,



and customer needs to refine strategies
- Oversee pricing strategies, risk management, and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, finance) for seamless service delivery

Key Requirements:

- 10+ years of experience in Travel Management Company.
- Proven track record in leading forex business at a national or regional level
- Strong understanding of RBI regulations, FEMA guidelines, and forex operations
- Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and business development skills
- Strong network within banking, travel, and forex ecosystem
- Ability to manage large teams and multi-location operations
- MBA / Postgraduate in Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred

Preferred Skills:

- Expertise in corporate forex sales
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindset with focus on data-driven decision-making
- High level of ownership and result orientation
