We are hiring an experienced Perfume Sales Associateto join our perfume junction retail team. You will guide customers through our premium scent collections, deliver an upscale shopping experience, and drive revenue through consultative selling.Key Responsibilities

- Sales: Hit individual daily and monthly sales targets to unlock tiered incentives.
- Consultation: Conduct personalized fragrance profiles based on client preferences and scent notes.
- Clienteling: Build long-term relationships and maintain a VIP client book for repeat sales.
- Merchandising: Keep fragrance counters, testers, and displays immaculate and fully stocked.

Requirements

- Must have 2+ years of direct experience selling perfumes.
- Deep understanding of fragrance notes, families, and concentrations.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding retail sales quotas.
- Exceptional communication skills and a well-groomed, qualified appearance.
