What you’ll do
- Call and WhatsApp people who sign up for our workshops, webinars, courses and consultations
- Explain our programs clearly and honestly, and help interested people enrol
- Follow up with people who showed interest but have not joined yet
- Keep a record of every call and its outcome in our sheet or CRM
- Meet daily calling and monthly sales targets
- Share feedback from customers with the team to improve our offers
What we’re looking for
- Experience in phone or online sales (edtech, health, insurance, coaching or similar) or a fresher who is confident on the phone
- Fluent, confident spoken Hindi and positive English
- Comfortable with daily calling targets and follow-ups
- Basic computer skills: Google Sheets, email and WhatsApp Business
- An honest approach: no false promises to customers
Growth: The most experienced and best-performing executive will be promoted to Sales Manager and lead the sales team
