Job Title: Sales Executive – Solar (Residential & Industrial)

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹35,000 per month + attractive incentives per kW sold + travel allowance

About UsAntares Electrotech Pvt. Ltd. is an Ahmedabad-based solar EPC company delivering rooftop solar for homes, commercial buildings and industries, as well as ground-mounted solar projects. We are a registered vendor under PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana and handle everything from design to net metering and after-sales service.

Key Responsibilities

Residential sales

- Generate and follow up leads from calls, WhatsApp, referrals, housing societies and site visits.
- Explain PM Surya Ghar subsidy, net metering, EMI options and savings to homeowners.
- Visit customer sites, understand their electricity bills, and prepare quotations with the ROI sheet.
- Conduct meetings with society committees for bulk installations.

Commercial & industrial sales

- Identify factories, warehouses, hospitals, schools and commercial buildings with high electricity bills, especially in industrial areas like Sanand, Changodar, Naroda, Vatva and Kalol.
- Meet owners and plant heads, analyse their bills (LTMD/HT tariffs),



and present savings and payback proposals.
- Coordinate with the design team for site surveys and techno-commercial offers.
- Follow up on long sales cycles and negotiate to close orders.

General

- Maintain daily lead and follow-up records in Google Sheet / CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales targets (kW booked and revenue).
- Collect advance payments and coordinate handover to the project team.
- Build a channel partner network of electricians, builders and architects.
- Collect customer reviews and referrals after installation.

Requirements
- Graduate / Diploma in any field (Electrical, Mechanical or BBA/MBA preferred).
- Good communication in Gujarati, Hindi and English.
- Basic knowledge of solar systems, net metering and electricity bills (training will be provided).
- Confident in field sales and customer meetings.
- Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence (mandatory).
- Basic computer skills: Excel/Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, email.
