Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage retail store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and product display.
- Ensure accurate billing and cash handling procedures are followed at the checkout counter.
- Oversee grocery sales, supermarket operations, and CRM management to drive business growth.
- Implement retail marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive foot traffic into the store.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Solid understanding of retail management principles, including inventory control and merchandising techniques.
- 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or related field (grocery sales, FMCG sales).
- Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction and conflict resolution.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of accuracy in billing center activities.
- Candidates with experience in supermarkets and retail stores such as D-Mart, Vijetha, Ratnadeep, Spencer's and other retail chains are preferred.
