Role & responsibilities

Promote Ramoji Film City's venues, accommodation facilities, event spaces and packages to prospective wedding clients, corporate customers and event planners.

Conduct venue site visits, understand client requirements and recommend suitable venues, packages and services to meet their event objectives.

Prepare customized quotations, proposals and presentations, coordinate with internal departments and support the reporting manager in negotiations and successful deal closures.

Act as a key liaison between the Corporate Office and the Sales Team, facilitating effective communication, coordination and timely implementation of sales strategies, business plans, policies and management directives.

Develop and strengthen business relationships with wedding planners, decorators, event management companies, corporate clients, MICE agencies and other strategic business partners.

Generate and develop business opportunities across weddings, receptions, social celebrations, meetings, conferences, incentive programmes, exhibitions and corporate events.

Represent the organization at wedding exhibitions, MICE trade shows,



promotional campaigns and corporate networking events to enhance brand visibility and generate recent business opportunities.

Monitor sales performance, maintain accurate sales reports, track enquiries and conversions, identify potential business opportunities and ensure achievement of assigned sales targets.

Coordinate with Operations, Reservations, Accommodation, Food & Beverage and other relevant departments to ensure seamless execution of confirmed bookings and deliver a superior customer experience.

Preferred candidate profile A graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management or a related discipline, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel sales, wedding sales, banquet sales, venue sales or MICE sales.

Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and client relationship management skills are essential. Fluency in Hindi, English and Telugu is preferred.

The candidate should be proactive, customer-focused, commercially oriented and willing to travel for client meetings, exhibitions and business development activities.
