Role & Responsibilities

- Handle 150–200 monthly enquiries generated through Meta Ads, Instagram and WhatsApp.
- Connect with prospective clients through calls and WhatsApp.
- Understand wedding dates, venues, event requirements and budgets.
- Present suitable wedding photography and cinematography packages.
- Share brochures, portfolios and customised quotations.
- Conduct consistent follow-ups with prospective clients.
- Negotiate pricing and convert qualified leads into confirmed bookings.
- Maintain accurate lead records in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly booking and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with the production team after booking confirmation.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales or B2C sales.
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong convincing and deal-closing abilities.
- Comfortable handling premium wedding clients.
- Experience in real estate, hospitality, events, edtech or luxury services is preferred.
- Familiarity with WhatsApp Business and CRM tools.




- Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Salary & Incentives
- Annual CTC: 1.75 LPA – 2.25 LPA, depending on experience.
- Additional 1,000 performance-based incentive.
