Job Title: Sales Executive – Enquiry & Order Management
Experience: 1–3 years in Sales / Inside Sales / Tele sales / Industrial Products preferred.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Sales Executive to handle customer enquiries, prepare quotations, follow up with customers, and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend customer enquiries received through calls, emails, and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product information.
- Prepare and share quotations with customers.
- Follow up regularly on shared quotations and pending enquiries.
- Handle and respond to enquiries.
- Coordinate with customers for order confirmation and closure.
- Maintain proper follow-up records and update the status of enquiries.
- Work towards achieving enquiry conversion and sales targets.
