Pre-Sales Executive / Tele Sales (Real Estate)

JAM Realty is a Mumbai real estate sales and mandate firm. We handle project sales for developers across the western suburbs, backed by in-house marketing from The JAM Studio. We are hiring a Pre-Sales Executive to be the first voice our prospective homebuyers hear.

What you will do

- Call prospects, enquiries and channel partners from leads and databases we provide.
- Explain project details clearly: location, configurations, pricing, payment plans and amenities.
- Qualify buyers by budget, requirement and timeline, and schedule site visits.
- Follow up on leads from our digital campaigns promptly.
- Maintain a daily calling and lead tracker (MIS), and report on activity.
- Coordinate with the site sales team to hand over interested buyers.

What we are looking for

- 6 months to 2 years of experience in tele sales, pre-sales or customer calling. Real estate experience is a plus.
- Clear,



confident communication in Hindi and English. Marathi or Gujarati is an advantage.
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls daily.
- Organised, with basic Excel or Google Sheets skills.
- Graduate preferred.

Working details

- 10:30 am to 7:30 pm at the site sales office in Dahisar West, Mumbai.
- Weekends are working days. One weekly off falls between Monday and Thursday.
