Role Description The Sales Executive (Imitation & Gold Jewelry) is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot, responsible for driving sales and building strong customer relationships in the jewelry segment. In this position, the Sales Executive engages with walk-in and existing customers, understands their preferences, presents suitable imitation and gold jewelry options, and closes sales while maintaining high service standards.

Daily tasks include managing product displays, ensuring accurate pricing and stock information, processing invoices and payments, and maintaining sales records. The role also involves following up with clients, supporting promotional activities, coordinating with internal teams on inventory and orders, and staying updated on market trends and customer demands.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated sales and customer service skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable jewelry products.




- Solid communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with diverse customers and collaborating with team members.
- Basic numeracy and familiarity with billing, invoicing, and handling cash or digital payments accurately.
- Ability to learn product details, jewelry designs, and current trends in imitation and gold jewelry.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining displays, inventory records, and sales documentation.
- Comfort working in a retail or showroom environment and managing peak customer hours, including weekends or holidays as needed.
- Prior experience in jewelry sales, retail sales, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum educational qualification of high school diploma; further education in business, commerce, or marketing is an advantage.
