Job Title - Sales Executive & Front Desk Coordinator

Salt Fitness is looking for a confident, organised and customer-focused professional to join our team in Jaipur.

Job Details

● Location: C-Scheme & Malviya Nagar, Jaipur

● Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month

● Working Hours: 7 hours per day

● Experience: 1–3 years preferred

● Industry: Wellness & Fitness Services

What You’ll Do

● Handle sales enquiries and convert prospective clients into memberships.

● Explain membership plans and follow up with leads.

● Manage reception, bookings, check-ins and scheduling.

● Respond to calls, WhatsApp enquiries and walk-in clients.





● Coordinate with instructors and support smooth daily studio operations.

● Maintain organised records and complete basic administrative tasks.

What We’re Looking For

● Excellent communication in English and interpersonal skills.

● Experience in sales, reception, hospitality or customer service.

● Good organisational and multitasking abilities.

● Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets and WhatsApp.

● A punctual, skilled and customer-first approach.

● Willingness to work across both Jaipur branches as required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
