Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers in selecting suitable eyeglasses, frames, sunglasses, lenses, and other optical products.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend products according to their needs and preferences.
- Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and available options confidently.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships and provide an outstanding shopping experience.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Maintain attractive product displays, store cleanliness, and presentation.
- Handle customer queries professionally and support smooth store operations.





Candidate Requirements

- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Good product knowledge, or the willingness to develop in-depth knowledge of eyewear and optical products.
- Professional appearance, a well-groomed personality, and a positive attitude.
- Confidence in communicating with customers and handling sales discussions.
- Enthusiasm to learn, grow, and build a career in retail sales.
- Previous experience in retail, eyewear, or customer service will be an advantage.
