About the role At Devi, the customer experience comes first. As a Sales Executive at our concessions counter, you'll make every guest feel welcome. You'll serve popcorn, snacks and beverages with warmth, speed and attention to detail, even during the busiest interval rush.

What you'll do

- Greet every guest with a smile and give them flawless, courteous service
- Take orders accurately and handle billing smoothly (POS, cash, card, UPI)
- Help guests choose and suggest the right combos to make their visit better
- Serve food and beverages that always meet Devi's quality and hygiene standards
- Keep the counter spotless, well-stocked and inviting at all times
- Handle guest requests and concerns calmly, and make sure every guest leaves happy
- Hand over your cash and stock correctly at the end of each shift

Who we're looking for





- Must have 1+ year of F&B; sales experience at a cinema or theatre concessions counter
- Puts the customer first, aims for perfect service and has an eye for detail
- Friendly, well-groomed and confident with guests
- Good at basic billing and handling cash
- Speaks Tamil; basic English is a plus
- Can work rotational shifts, including weekends, holidays and late shows
