We are looking for a Sales Executive / Business Development Executive who has experience in B2B sales, digital marketing agency sales, IT services, SaaS, or technology solutions.

The ideal candidate should be confident, target-oriented, excellent at communication, and comfortable handling both Indian and international clients.

Job Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, referrals, and other sales channels.
- Identify and qualify potential B2B clients.
- Understand client requirements, business challenges, and objectives.
- Pitch and sell HypeSquad's digital marketing, website, SEO, performance marketing, automation, and SaaS solutions.
- Conduct sales calls, discovery calls, presentations, and online meetings.
- Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain an active sales pipeline.
- Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and presentations with prospective clients.
- Handle client objections and negotiate effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Communicate professionally with international/foreign clients through calls, emails, and online meetings.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service handover.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, opportunities, and conversions.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in Sales / Business Development.
- Experience in Digital Marketing Agency, IT Services, SaaS, Software,



Web Development, or B2B Sales is preferred.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales and business development.
- Good understanding of digital marketing services and/or SaaS products.
- Excellent English communication skills – must be comfortable speaking with international clients.
- Good Hindi communication skills.
- Strong verbal, written, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Confident in cold calling and client meetings.
- Strong follow-up and lead conversion abilities.
- Target-oriented and motivated by achieving sales goals.
- Ability to understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Skilled attitude with strong ownership and accountability.
