About the Role

We are looking for a motivated, target-driven Sales Executive with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into customers, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new sales leads through calls, walk-ins, referrals, and other channels.
- Connect with prospective customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Conduct sales presentations and explain product features, benefits, and pricing.
- Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into successful sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and drive repeat business.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.




- Track competitor activities and identify new business opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused approach with good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Good follow-up, persuasion, and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM tools, and sales reporting.
- Prior sales experience is preferred; freshers with the right attitude may also apply.
