Role & responsibilities
- Handle customers and provide excellent shopping experience.
- Promote Gold, Silver and Diamond jewellery sales.
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
- Explain jewellery designs, quality, purity and pricing.
- Drive sales through upselling and cross-selling.
- Maintain customer relationships and satisfaction.
- Manage showroom operations, stock and product displays.
- Supervise and motivate sales teams.
- Ensure showroom discipline and customer service standards.
Preferred candidate profile
- 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Relevant retail or jewellery showroom experience.
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Leadership skills for managerial positions.
