We’re looking for a friendly, organized Sales Executive to help patients understand the clinic’s services and guide them through the booking process. This role focuses on patient enquiries, treatment coordination, and clinic growth while respecting each patient’s needs and privacy.

Responsibilities

- Respond to enquiries about dental services, appointments, and clinic facilities.
- Explain treatment options, fees, payment plans, and appointment steps using information provided by the clinical team.
- Follow up with prospective and existing patients about consultations and treatment plans.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with dentists, hygienists, and reception staff.
- Support the clinic’s outreach, referral, and patient-retention activities.
- Maintain accurate enquiry and follow-up records in the clinic’s systems.
- Handle patient information confidentially and provide courteous, professional service.




- Share feedback on common patient questions and concerns with the clinic team.

Qualifications

- Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
- A patient, reassuring approach when discussing dental care.
- Positive organization and follow-through.
- Previous sales, customer service, or healthcare experience is an advantage.
- Comfortable using booking systems, CRM software, or basic office tools.
- Able to explain clinic information clearly without giving clinical advice.
