Job OverviewWe are looking for enthusiastic, confident and target-oriented Sales Executives with excellent English communication skills. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective students, understanding their learning requirements and converting leads into course admissions.

The ideal candidate should have strong convincing, negotiation and communication skills, along with a passion for sales and customer interaction.

- Key ResponsibilitiesConnect with prospective students through outbound and inbound calls.
- Explain the institute's courses, programs, fees and learning benefits.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Convert interested leads into successful admissions and sales.
- Follow up with potential students through calls and WhatsApp.




- Handle customer queries and resolve basic objections professionally.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and conversion goals.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads and sales activities.
- Build positive relationships with prospective students.
- Required Skills & QualificationsExcellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong Hindi communication skills will be an added advantage.
- Good convincing, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in handling sales calls and closing admissions.
- Target-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM and computer operations.
- Ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups effectively.
