- Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and regular follow-ups.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Coordinate with customers regarding orders, dispatches, and payments.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain sales reports and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of B2B sales and customer relationship management.
- Basic computer knowledge, MS Excel, and email communication.
- Experience in industrial products or chemical sales will be an added advantage.
