Job Overview

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales Associates / Field Sales Officers for our Hospitech vertical.

The selected candidates will be responsible for managing partner multi-speciality hospitals and IVF clinics, interacting with patients, and assisting them with healthcare financing solutions, including medical loans and EMI options.

The role involves generating loan leads, supporting customers throughout the loan application process, and ensuring timely loan processing and disbursement.

Key Responsibilities

- Be stationed at partner hospitals and IVF clinics to assist patients with healthcare financing options.
- Explain medical loan and EMI financing solutions to prospective customers.
- Assist patients with loan eligibility checks, documentation, and application procedures.
- Generate qualified loan leads and drive loan disbursements.




- Coordinate with hospital staff and internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing.
- Travel between multiple partner hospitals and clinics to manage relationships and generate business.
- Maintain daily reports of hospital visits, leads generated, applications, and loan disbursements.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and disbursement targets.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in BFSI / NBFC / Fintech / Field Sales.
- Candidates with experience in hospital loans, medical loans, healthcare financing, or EMI sales will be preferred.
- Positive communication skills in English and the local language.
- Strong sales, convincing, and customer-handling skills.
- Two-wheeler preferred for travelling between hospitals and clinics.
- Must be comfortable with field sales and travelling between multiple partner locations.
- Flexibility to work as per business requirements, with weekly offs based on operational needs.
