Position: Sales Executive – Fine Jewellery

Job Summary

We are looking for a well-presented, customer-oriented, and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our fine Jewellery showroom. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for Jewellery, and the ability to provide an exceptional customer experience while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their Jewellery preferences and requirements.
- Explain Jewellery designs, gold purity, diamond quality, gemstones, pricing, and product specifications.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable Jewellery for daily wear, weddings, and special occasions.
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships and follow up with prospective customers.
- Handle customer enquiries through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Explain product pricing, making charges, discounts, and Jewellery exchange or buyback policies.
- Coordinate customer orders, custom Jewellery requirements, and delivery schedules.
- Maintain product displays and ensure the showroom is clean and well-organized.




- Coordinate with the billing and inventory teams to ensure smooth sales operations.
- Stay updated on gold rates, new Jewellery collections, and current market trends.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain the showroom's professional standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service and selling skills.
- Interest in Jewellery, fashion, and luxury retail.
- Basic knowledge of gold, diamonds, and gemstones is an advantage.
- Ability to build customer relationships and achieve sales targets.
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp are preferred.

Experience
- Previous experience in Jewellery retail or luxury retail is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.
