Description

Drive sales by understanding technical requirements of customers

Devise sales strategy

Plan journey cycle to ensure efficiency of visits

Carry out visits to the customer s premises / offices to generate enquiries.

Forward the enquiries to Application team.

Follow-up the offers with customer.

Receive the Customer s POs and forward to the Application team.





Follow up with the customer support / factory for the delivery and communicate the same with customer.

Obtain the customer satisfaction / feedback from Customer.

Resolve customer complaints, if any.

Maintain a record and follow-up the debtors

Stay up-to-date with the competition and the industry knowledge.

Proactively develop current customer contacts and build long-lasting business relationships.

Take complete responsibility of specified Area/Region to achieve the desired goals

BE (Mech./ Instrumentation) Mandatory

Experience

5 years and above of experience from the control valves manufacturing or relates industry.
