Job Summary

Yoosha Ergonomics Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Engineer to support business development, quotation management, project coordination, order execution, and customer relationship management. The role involves working closely with customers, channel partners, and internal teams to provide technical and commercial support, ensure timely order execution, and contribute to achieving sales targets.

The ideal candidate should possess strong technical aptitude, commercial understanding, and excellent coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and share quotations based on customer requirements.
- Provide pricing, delivery updates, and lead-time information to customers and sales teams.
- Understand customer needs and coordinate suitable solutions with internal teams.
- Review and process purchase orders accurately.
- Coordinate with Production, Planning, Projects, and Logistics teams for timely order execution.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, orders, and ongoing projects.
- Keep customers updated on order and project status.
- Handle customer queries and complaints and coordinate resolutions.
- Maintain records of quotations, orders,



and customer communications.
- Support customer relationships and contribute to business growth.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
- Minimum 1 years of experience in Sales Engineering, Technical Sales, Sales Support, Project Coordination, Order Management, or related functions.
- Experience in the furniture, manufacturing, interiors, construction, engineering, or related industries will be preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Good understanding of quotations, pricing, customer handling, and order processing.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Candidates residing near Pallikkal, Kondotty, Malappuram, Kozhikode, or nearby locations, or willing to commute daily, will be preferred.

Location: Kakkanchery, Malappuram, Kerala Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
