We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sales Engineer to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in sales of mechanical engineering equipment.

Roles and Responsibility

- Understand the technical features, functionalities, and benefits of our products/services.

- Develop and deliver technical documentation, including user manuals, technical specifications, and product training sessions.

- Provide pre-sales support by answering technical inquiries and participating in sales meetings.

- Collaborate with Sales Managers to understand client requirements and conduct needs assessments.

- Support the development of comprehensive technical proposals, including specifications, pricing, and relevant documentation.

- Work closely with engineering and product management teams to relay customer feedback and ensure alignment between client needs and product capabilities.

- Contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives, identifying opportunities for growth and client engagement.

- Participate in sales meetings, trade shows, and industry events to promote our products or services.





- Offer post-sales support to customers, including technical troubleshooting and customer training, ensuring their satisfaction with the product or service.

- Conduct market research to support sales efforts effectively.

Job Requirements

- Proven experience of 1-3 years in sales of mechanical engineering equipment.

- BE/Diploma in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering is mandatory.

- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of conveying technical information clearly.

- Demonstrate a strong understanding of engineering principles and relevant products.

- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, rapid-paced environment.

- Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.

- Experience in Material Handling industries is preferred.
