Handle inbound/outbound calls & qualify leads Explain courses, fees & admission processes Book counselling sessions. demos & visits Achieve admission & revenue targets Update CRM; support documents, payments & onboarding Resolve queries, report progress & protect customer data

Required Skills & Qualifications:-

Strong English & Hindi communication

- Counselling, persuasion & objection handling
- Negotiation, closing & disciplined follow-up
- Basic CRM & MS Office knowledge

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
