Roles & Responsibilities:

- Follow up with customers for orders.





- Responsible to Co-ordinate with Sales Manager for day-to-day operations. Responsible to
- make the sales order, sending quotation to customers.

- Lead generation for branding services in international/domestic markets through online
- portals and social media; generate new business.

- Maintaining customer data time to time (updating customer profile with email id, phone,

- address etc).

- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested. Have to

- Coordinate with Customers, understand their needs, find inventories from database/website

- & send proposals, follow, arrange site visits for them, negotiations, deal closure, etc

- Utilize company resources to develop a filing system that keeps all active sales files available
- digitally and in hard copy form.

- Meet the customers in the absence of Sales Managers to effectively and professionally
- convey details of the sale to the customer.
