Job Summary

Electronic Bazaar is looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator to manage inside sales activities, handle customer enquiries, and support sales of refurbished laptops and desktops.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Promote refurbished laptops and desktops to potential customers.
- Generate leads and follow up on sales enquiries.
- Coordinate with customers regarding product specifications, pricing, and availability.




- Prepare quotations and maintain sales records.
- Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and closure.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely follow-ups.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Inside Sales / Sales Coordination.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Positive coordination and follow-up skills.
- Strong customer handling and sales skills.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
