Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (fixed) + 5% sales incentive

Position Overview Whinta is looking for an energetic, results-driven Sales Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling warm leads provided directly by the company, pitching our solutions, and driving conversions. This is an outbound, target-driven inside sales role tailored for high performers who excel at communication and want to maximize their earnings through competitive commissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Outbound Outreach: Connect with 100 to 150 qualified leads daily via phone calls, WhatsApp, or email.
- Lead Qualification & Pitching: Understand prospect requirements, explain product/service value propositions, and handle queries or objections effectively.
- Pipeline Management: Follow up consistently with prospective clients to guide them through the sales funnel and close deals.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily outreach metrics and monthly revenue/sales targets.




- Data Recording: Accurately update call outcomes, lead status, notes, and deal stages in the CRM/tracking system daily.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven experience in inside sales, telecalling, telesales, or business development (Freshers with robust communication skills are welcome to apply).
- High-volume calling capacity with consistent energy and persistence throughout the day.
- Strong verbal communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Target-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve high conversion rates and incentive payouts.
- Basic familiarity with CRM software, MS Excel, or Google Sheets.

Compensation & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month (commensurate with experience and interview evaluation).
- Incentive: Uncapped 5% commission on closed sales revenue.
- Company-Provided Leads: No cold prospecting required; all leads are generated and provided by the company.
