We are looking for an energetic, responsible, and customer-friendly Sales Assistant to join our team at Star Pop Traders & Diamond Frames.

The candidate will be responsible for attending to customers, understanding their requirements, explaining available products, supporting sales activities, and assisting with the day-to-day operations of the shop.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend to customers and understand their product requirements.
- Explain product features, options, pricing, and availability.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable products.
- Prepare quotations and support billing and sales documentation.
- Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, orders, and payments.




- Coordinate with the internal team for order preparation and delivery.
- Maintain proper product displays and cleanliness of the sales area.
- Maintain basic sales and customer records.
- Assist in stock checking and inform the concerned person about stock requirements.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
- Handle customer queries politely and professionally.
- Support other day-to-day shop activities as required.

Pay: ₹8,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
