Salary Structure

₹21,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month

- 0–23 Months Experience: ₹21,000 – ₹25,000 CTC per month
- 24+ Months Experience: ₹27,000 – ₹35,000 CTC per month

Key Responsibilities:
- Performance Growth: Meet individual and division metrics through active service engagement and customer consulting.
- Revenue Optimization: Drive conversion performance, upselling, and accessory solutions cross-selling.
- Solutions Consulting: Guide clients through specialized options, features, and custom parameters.
- Division Operations:



Maintain detailed documentation, secure digital payment parameters, inventory tracking, and client satisfaction standards.

Candidate Profile:
- Education: Graduation preferred / required as per company norms.
- Experience: Relevant customer-facing or professional sales background preferred (2+ years highly valued).
- Communication: Competent communication proficiency in English (B2+ level), Hindi, and the local regional language.
- Operational Flexibility: Comfortable managing rotational shifts.
