Key Responsibilities

- Provide day-to-day operational support to the Sales team.
- Coordinate with clients regarding order status, updates, and delivery schedules.
- Follow up with internal departments for order processing and timely delivery.
- Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and CRM information.
- Assist the Sales team in preparing sales reports, presentations, and business documents.
- Coordinate with Production, Logistics, and Customer Support teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Maintain proper records of client communications, orders, and pending requirements.
- Assist the Sales team in managing client inquiries and forwarding them to the concerned team.
- Track pending orders, payments, and follow-ups and share regular updates with the Sales team.
- Ensure proper documentation and timely communication between departments.
- Support the Sales Manager in daily reporting and other sales-related administrative activities.
