Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive student admissions and revenue growth.
- Develop strategies to promote UG, PG, Diploma, and other academic programmes.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales, admission, and marketing teams.
- Drive student lead generation, follow-ups, conversions, and admission targets.
- Build solid networks with schools, colleges, educational consultants, and corporate partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and explore untapped markets.
- Plan and execute digital marketing, outdoor promotions, education fairs, seminars, and events.
- Monitor team performance, sales targets, conversion ratios, and revenue growth.




- Manage marketing budgets, campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Prepare MIS reports and present sales and marketing performance to senior management.

Candidate Profile:

- Graduate / Postgraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or MBA (Marketing).
- 7–12 years of relevant experience in Sales & Marketing.
- Experience in University / College / Higher Education / EdTech is highly preferred.
- Proven track record in business development, student admissions, and revenue generation.
- Strong team management, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and strategic planning abilities.
- Ability to drive targets and lead teams effectively.
