- Implement and monitor Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) policies at construction sites.

- Conduct regular site safety inspections and identify potential hazards.

- Ensure workers follow safety procedures and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including helmets, safety shoes, safety belts and reflective jackets.

- Monitor safety practices for working at heights, scaffolding, excavation, lifting operations and electrical work.

- Conduct toolbox talks, safety induction and training for workers, contractors and site staff.

- Prepare and maintain safety inspection reports, incident reports, risk assessments and safety records.

- Investigate accidents, near misses and unsafe practices, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.

- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws,



construction safety requirements and company safety policies.

- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, contractors and subcontractors on safety-related matters.

- Monitor fire safety arrangements, emergency exits, first-aid facilities and emergency preparedness.

- Ensure proper safety signage, barricading, housekeeping and access control at construction sites.

- Report serious safety violations and follow up until corrective actions are completed.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
