Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement effective safety policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and develop corrective actions plans to mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with project teams to design safe working conditions for construction sites, including scaffolding setup and decommissioning.
- Provide training on safety procedures to employees, contractors, and visitors at the site.
Job Requirements :
- 10-26 years of experience in EHS (Environmental Health & Safety) or related field.
- Solid knowledge of safety engineering principles, codes, and regulations (e.g., OSHA).
- Proven track record in developing and implementing successful EHS programs.
