MANDATORY CRITICAL MATCH CRITERIA (READ FIRST):

- Experience:
5+ years of dedicated teaching experience in secondary school settings (IGCSE / Cambridge and/or IBDP frameworks). A stable career history is required.

- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed.) or relevant subject area with teaching qualification; Master’s degree preferred.

- Core Skills:
Inquiry-based & concept-driven pedagogy, assessment design (formative/summative), curriculum mapping, differentiation, and pastoral care/homeroom advising.

- Software/Tools:
Competency in educational technology integration, learning management systems, and IB/Cambridge moderation/documentation tools.

- Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills for parent engagement, student mentorship, and global collaboration.

- Logistics:
100% strictly Work-from-Office (Full-Time Onsite) in Kolkata. Expats and returning Indians welcomed.

Create formative and summative assessments, track student performance analytics, and provide constructive feedback to accelerate learning.

Classroom & Pastoral Care:

Serve as homeroom advisor/pastoral lead, maintaining a safe, inclusive learning environment and supporting SEL initiatives.

Parent & Community Engagement:

Build strong home-school partnerships via regular updates, parent conferences, and cooperative events.

Continuous Professional Practice:
