Key Responsibilities

- Explain guest complaint handling and customer relationship management.
- Train students in front office software and Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Teach billing procedures, cashiering, and night audit fundamentals.
- Conduct role plays, mock front office sessions, and practical demonstrations.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and student assessments.
- Monitor student progress and maintain academic records.
- Guide students on hospitality industry practices and career opportunities.

The candidate should have strong practical knowledge of hotel housekeeping procedures and the ability to deliver effective theoretical and practical training.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct theoretical and practical classes on housekeeping operations.
- Train students in guest room cleaning, bed making, bathroom cleaning, and room preparation.
- Demonstrate the use of housekeeping tools, equipment, and cleaning materials.
- Teach linen management, laundry operations, inventory control, and lost-and-found procedures.
- Explain hygiene, sanitation, safety, and quality standards followed in hotels.
- Train students in room inspection and housekeeping supervision.
