Role & responsibilities
1. Operate thread rolling machines (Flat Die, Cylindrical Die and Planetary Rolling).
2. Set up machines according to component drawings and production requirements.
3. Select appropriate rolling dies, blanks, and machine parameters.
4. Ensure correct thread dimensions, pitch, major diameter, minor diameter and thread profile.
5. Monitor production output and achieve daily production targets.
6. Perform first-piece inspection and periodic in-process quality checks.
7. Maintain proper control of thread rolling pressure, speed and alignment.
8. Identify and troubleshoot thread defects such as:
