Key Responsibilities

A. Training Delivery & Facilitation

- Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions on retail skills, including customer service, sales, and store operations.

- Use theoretical and practical training methods, including role-playing, case studies, and real-life simulations.

- Ensure training is aligned with industry standards and employer expectations.

B. Curriculum Development

- Develop and update training materials, presentations, and assessment tools.

- Incorporate real-world retail scenarios into training for hands-on learning.

- Adapt training content to meet the needs of different learners.

C. Learner Assessment & Progress Tracking

- Evaluate trainees through tests, role-plays, and practical demonstrations.

- Provide feedback and guidance to improve trainees' skills and confidence.

- Maintain accurate records of trainees' attendance, performance, and progress.

D. Industry Engagement & Job Placement Support

- Stay updated on retail industry trends and employer requirements.

- Collaborate with recruiters and retail businesses to connect trained candidates with job opportunities.

- Guide trainees on resume building,



interview preparation, and workplace readiness.

E. Reporting & Documentation

- Submit training progress reports and feedback to management.

- Ensure compliance with training guidelines and organizational policies.

- Collect success stories and impact assessments for program improvement.

- Strong knowledge of the retail sector, customer service, and sales techniques.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to engage and motivate learners from diverse backgrounds.

Candidate Requirements

- A bachelor's degree or diploma in Retail Management, Business, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.

- 2+ years of experience in retail training, sales, or store management (as specified in the submitted ).

- Prior experience as a trainer or mentor is an advantage.

- Certification in Training & Development (ToT) is an advantage.
