Role Description The Retail Store Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This role is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, inventory management, and cash handling.

The Retail Store

Manager leads and motivates the store team, sets sales targets, monitors performance, and ensures a high standard of customer service and satisfaction. The role involves resolving customer issues, maintaining store cleanliness and safety, implementing retail loss prevention measures, and aligning store activities with company policies and brand guidelines. The manager also collaborates with senior management on promotions,



reporting, and strategies to improve sales and customer experience.

Qualifications

- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Effective Communication skills for interacting with customers, guiding team members, and coordinating with management.
- Proficiency in Store Management, including staff supervision, inventory oversight, and daily operational control.
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to reduce shrinkage, safeguard merchandise, and ensure compliance with store policies.
- Proven experience in retail store management or supervisory roles, preferably in apparel or fashion.
- Ability to lead and develop a diverse team, manage schedules, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic numerical and computer skills for handling billing, POS systems, and reporting.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in business, retail management, or a related field is an advantage.
