Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Retail Sales Interns to join our Experience Centers. The role involves engaging with walk-in customers, understanding their requirements, demonstrating products and driving sales conversions while supporting day-to-day store operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and engage walk-in customers, understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
- Demonstrate FRIDO products and communicate their features, benefits and USPs.
- Drive sales conversions and contribute towards achieving store sales targets.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Handle customer queries, maintain follow-up records and build positive customer relationships.
- Assist with product trials,



foot scans and customer consultations under team supervision.
- Support billing, inventory management, product displays and overall store operations.
- Maintain store hygiene and follow company SOPs.

Eligibility & Skills

- Undergraduate students, fresh graduates or candidates pursuing graduation.
- Candidates from BBA, B.Com, BMS, MBA or any other stream are welcome.
- Positive communication, interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Interest in sales, retail and customer service.
- Positive attitude, confidence and willingness to learn.
- Prior sales or retail experience is an added advantage but not mandatory.

Important: Friday, Saturday and Sunday are mandatory working days. Candidates must be comfortable working weekends and committing to the complete Three -month internship.
