Hiring: Restaurant Manager

Location: YAAR – Your Friendly Bar, Zostel Morjim, North Goa

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, lead the team and ensure a outstanding dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations.
- Supervise and coordinate the service team.
- Ensure excellent guest experience and customer satisfaction.
- Handle staff scheduling, training and team management.
- Monitor inventory, stock and restaurant hygiene.
- Manage guest feedback and resolve operational issues.

Requirements:

- Prior experience in restaurant or F&B; management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.




- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory and service standards.
- Ability to manage operations independently.

Compensation & Perks:

- Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month + Service Charge.
- Staff accommodation provided.
- Immediate joining preferred.
