Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Fixed)

Performance Incentive: ₹10,000 for every ₹10 lakh in restaurant sales. Additional salary hikes based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage overall restaurant operations and daily business.
- Lead and supervise the F&B; and kitchen teams.
- Maintain service standards, guest satisfaction and operational quality.
- Handle sales targets, cost control, inventory and staff management.
- Drive revenue growth and ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Requirements:





- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager / General Manager.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of restaurant operations, sales and cost control.
- Hospitality background preferred.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
