- Pre-Service &
- Station Prep:

Inspect assigned sections (tables, chairs, linen, and side-stations/dummy waiters) to ensure cleanliness and proper setup before opening. [1]

- Team Briefing: Lead pre-shift briefings for waiters and busboys to review daily specials, VIP reservations, service goals, and team roles. [1, 2]

- Guest Relations &

- Seating:

Welcome guests, assist with seating (if a host isn't present), explain menu items, recommend food and beverage pairings, and handle special dietary or allergy requests. [1, 2, 3]

- Order &

- POS Management:

Take orders, enter them into the Point of Sale (POS) system, and coordinate directly with the kitchen and bar to track pacing and quality. [1, 2, 3]

- Service Supervision: Guide and supervise waitstaff during service, step in to assist with complex tables, and monitor the delivery of food and drinks. [1, 2, 3]

- Problem Solving &

- Complaints:

Resolve customer complaints or service delays promptly and tactfully. [1, 2, 3]

- Billing &

- Closing:

Oversee bill presentation, payment processing, end-of-shift
- inventory counts, and staff debriefs

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
