Job Summary The captain position is responsible to manage the entire dining staffs and assist for the customers’ orders, billing and feedback.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and greet the guests with SMILE and assist them with seating.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables and dining areas.
- Coordinate with kitchen and billing staff for smooth service.
- Ensure guest satisfaction and respond politely to requests.
- Follow hygiene, grooming and food safety standards.




- Assist with table setup, clearing and closing duties.
- Manage the entire dining staffs and assist for the customers’ orders, billing and feedback.
- Coordinate with kitchen staffs to ensure to fulfil the KOT Orders.

Required Qualifications · 12th or Degree, Diploma or certificate in Food Production, Hotel Management.

· Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and food hygiene is preferred.

- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Polite, punctual and well-groomed.
- Ability to work in shifts and as part of a team.
- Prior restaurant experience preferred but not mandatory.

Experience 4 – 7 years of kitchen experience preferred.

Candidates with internship or industrial training experience in hotels preferred.
