Job Summary:

Susparsha Multi Speciality Hospital is looking for a dedicated and competent Resident Medical Officer (RMO) to join our clinical team in Kaliyaganj. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing primary medical care, monitoring patient progress, managing emergencies, and coordinating with senior consultants to ensure high standards of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Patient Care & Rounds: Conduct regular rounds, assess admitted patients, record clinical notes, and monitor treatment responses.
- Emergency Management: Handle medical emergencies, trauma cases, and initial stabilization promptly and efficiently.
- Clinical Procedures: Perform routine clinical procedures (e.g., IV cannulation, catheterization, dressing, suturing) as required.
- Consultant Coordination: Liaise effectively with visiting and resident specialist consultants regarding patient status changes and care plans.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate,



up-to-date medical records, treatment charts, and discharge summaries in compliance with hospital protocols.
- Patient & Family Communication: Address patient and family concerns with empathy, explaining treatment progress and care instructions clearly.

Candidate Requirements:

- Qualifications: MBBS degree from a recognized medical institution (Registration with the State Medical Council is mandatory).
- Experience: Freshers with strong clinical knowledge or candidates with prior experience as an RMO in a hospital/nursing home setting are welcome to apply.
- Skills: Strong diagnostic skills, emergency handling capability, excellent communication, and the ability to work in rotational shifts.
