HST Hospitality is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Reservation Associate to manage hotel reservations, handle guest inquiries, and ensure a smooth booking experience. The candidate will coordinate with hotel teams to maintain accurate reservation records and maximize booking opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming reservation inquiries through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and online channels.

- Manage room bookings, cancellations, modifications, and booking confirmations.

- Provide guests with information regarding room categories, tariffs, packages, and hotel facilities.

- Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, and Operations teams regarding room availability and guest requirements.

- Maintain accurate reservation records and update booking details in the hotel PMS.

- Follow up on enquiries and convert potential leads into confirmed bookings.

- Handle guest queries professionally and ensure a positive booking experience.

- Monitor room availability, rates, and reservation status.

- Coordinate with OTA platforms and online booking channels.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
