About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and research-oriented Research Associate to support scientific research, experimental studies, and product development activities within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry. The candidate will assist in conducting laboratory experiments, analyzing research data, documenting findings, and contributing to the development and improvement of pharmaceutical products, formulations, and research processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct laboratory experiments and scientific investigations related to pharmaceutical and biotechnology research.
- Assist in research and development (R&D;) activities, including formulation development and product testing.
- Perform literature reviews and gather scientific information relevant to ongoing research projects.
- Prepare experimental protocols, research reports, and technical documentation.
- Collect, record, analyze, and interpret laboratory data and experimental results.




- Support the development, testing, and optimization of pharmaceutical formulations and processes.
- Operate laboratory instruments and equipment according to established procedures.
- Maintain laboratory records, research documentation, and experimental observations.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm / M.Pharm), Pharm.D, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Chemistry, Life Sciences, or related disciplines.
- Freshers with an interest in pharmaceutical research and development are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of pharmaceutical sciences, biotechnology, and laboratory research.
- Knowledge of laboratory procedures and scientific research methodologies.
