CTC: 5–10 LPA

Work Mode: Work from Office

Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Tuesday–Sunday)

Weekly Off: Monday

Interview Process: Face-to-Face

About the Role

We are looking for dynamic and customer-oriented sales professionals with experience in the real estate industry, particularly in residential rental and resale. The ideal candidate should have strong client-handling, negotiation, and deal-closure skills, with the ability to manage end-to-end property transactions.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the primary point of contact for homeowners, tenants, and prospective property buyers.
- Generate and qualify leads through walk-ins, referrals, digital inquiries, networking, and other channels.
- Conduct property visits and professionally present residential properties to prospective clients.
- Facilitate negotiations between property owners and prospective tenants/buyers to drive successful closures.
- Assist clients with pricing discussions, documentation, and transaction-related processes.
- Manage property listings, sales pipelines,



and customer information through CRM platforms.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of properties and completion of transactions.
- Build strong relationships with customers and deliver an excellent customer experience.
- Achieve monthly sales, rental, and resale closure targets.

Requirements
- 2–10 years of experience in real estate sales, residential leasing, rental, or resale.
- Robust understanding of the residential real estate market.
- Experience in handling property visits, client negotiations, and end-to-end deal closures.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer relationship management and business development capabilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
- Willingness to travel locally for property visits and client meetings.
- Bachelor's degree preferred (BBA/B.Com/B.E/MBA).
