Roles and Responsibilities

- Build and maintain solid relationships with customers, property owners, buyers, and tenants.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable NoBroker services.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers and generate business opportunities.
- Explain service packages, pricing, features, and benefits to customers.
- Follow up with potential customers to improve sales conversions.
- Coordinate with internal sales and service teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and service-related issues.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.




- Maintain customer information, call records, and follow-up updates in the CRM.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Build long-term customer relationships and improve customer retention.
- Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue goals, and performance metrics.
